30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply reach out to our support team and we'll take care of it.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@whiskerroll.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
  3. In most cases, we'll issue a full refund without requiring you to send the product back.

Refund Eligibility

We offer full refunds in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product does not function as described.
  • You are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or card provider may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Orders where a refund or replacement has already been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Order Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window (7–12 business days), please contact us. We will either locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
