At WhiskerRoll, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All WhiskerRoll products come with a limited warranty to give you peace of mind with your purchase.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Every WhiskerRoll product is covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered

  • Motor failure or malfunction during normal use.
  • Charging issues (product does not hold charge or fails to charge via USB).
  • Automatic movement or sensor functions not working as described.
  • Product breaks or falls apart under normal use conditions.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or intentional destruction (by pets or humans).
  • Normal wear and tear including surface scratches and bite marks.
  • Water damage beyond the product's stated water resistance rating.
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at support@whiskerroll.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video showing the defect.
  2. Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours.
  3. If the claim is approved, we will send a free replacement to your delivery address. No need to return the defective product.

Warranty Replacements

Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement product shipped free of charge. Replacement products carry a new 90-day warranty from the date of their delivery.

Beyond the Warranty Period

If your product develops an issue after the 90-day warranty period, reach out to us anyway. While we can't guarantee a free replacement, we'll do our best to help with a discount on a new purchase or other solution.
